7 07 2006Several people have suggested that we shouldn’t be using the term web2.0 to describe the recent influx of web applications. This being the case I was wondering what we should call them, I am keen to hear peoples thoughts…

Seriously though, did they give any reasons other than in the above context?
Personally I don’t mind what it’s called, though Web2.0 does seem easy to remeber and now has a universal zietgeist. It is all encompassing and covers the three above above and more so I will continue to use it till tod to cease an desist by o Reilley’s lawyers.
